Taylor Swift Leaves Late-Night Recording Session at Electric Lady Studio in NYC Ahead of Holidays
Taylor Swift returned to her roots in New York City, delving back into her musical endeavors.
After her recent appearance supporting boyfriend Travis Kelce at the Chiefs game against the New England Patriots in Massachusetts, Taylor was spotted leaving Electric Lady Studio in New York City’s Greenwich Village neighborhood late Thursday night.
The 34-year-old singer emerged from the studio donning a stylish ensemble consisting of a black shearling jacket, a black skirt, tights, and chunky Christian Louboutin black heels.
Other stars spotted exiting the studio were Taylor’s longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff, alongside Common and Kendrick Lamar, hinting at potential musical collaborations brewing within the creative hub. Kendrick and Taylor previously worked on “Bad Blood” together, and recently rerecorded it for 1989 (Taylor’s Version).

Adding to the intrigue, Taylor’s close friend, Keleigh Teller, who is married to Top Gun Maverick star Miles Teller, recently unveiled the truth behind a ring Taylor was sporting while celebrating her 34th birthday earlier this month.
On Thursday, Keleigh made one thing clear for her followers and the people who speculated that Taylor was sporting a large ring gifted to her by Travis for her birthday.
Turns out, Keleigh is the one keeping the GRAMMY-winning singer bejeweled.
On her Instagram Story, the actress shared a picture of the colorful oval ring inside of a red box along with a message.

“Love this ring I had made for my friend, she’s bejeweled,” Keleigh wrote. “So to all media outlets … here ya go!”
The picture also included a little gif of Taylor looking down at the bling.
Keleigh followed up her post with a closer look at the accessory and a special shout-out to the “Anti-Hero” singer.
“Love you, T. Bye media,” she wrote.
The ring was first spotted earlier this month, when Keleigh stepped out for her birthday celebrations. Fans couldn’t help but take note of the oversized opal gemstone with a halo of blue topaz. At the time the ring was spotted, Taylor happened to be with Keleigh and her husband for her birthday celebrations.

Taylor Swift is grateful for the support she received from one of her collaborators as she re-recorded and released 1989 (Taylor’s Version).
The singer released the long-awaited new version of her hit 2014 album on Thursday, and following the drop, she took to Instagram to heap praise on Kendrick Lamar, who featured on both the original 2015 hip-hop remix of her Bad Blood track.
Captioning a carousel featuring a photo of her and Lamar in the studio, a video of her singing the song in concert with fans reciting Lamar’s verse and an image of the new album, Swift thanked the rapper for coming back to once again sing his verses on the new version of the song.
She started off by expressing that she was in awe both of him and the impact his portion of the song had on her fans.
“Watching @kendricklamar create and record his verses on the Bad Blood remix was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life,” she wrote.
“I still look back on this collaboration with so much pride and gratitude, for the ways Kendrick elevated the song and the way he treats everyone around him. Every time the crowds on The Eras Tour would chant his line ‘you forgive, you forget, but you never let it…go!,’ I smiled.”
She then expressed how grateful she was that he then came back and re-recorded the track for her.
“The reality that Kendrick would go back in and re-record Bad Blood so that I could reclaim and own this work I’m so proud of is surreal and bewlidering to me,” she said.
She then shared that she was excited for the song and album, which were now available for fans to purchase everywhere.
Taylor Swift hs released the re-record for 1989.
The new recording of the album is the fourth re-release of the Cruel Summer singer’s previous albums, a project she undertook after the sale of her former label Big Machine Records to Scooter Braun.
She already made new versions of her Fearless, Red and Speak Now albums, and all four included “from the vault” tracks that had not previously been released on the original studio records.
Fans are still waiting for Taylor’s Version of two more albums–her 2006 debut, Taylor Swift, and 2017’s Reputation.
