NBA/What luck amidst misfortune! Tyrese Haliburton’s legs will change dramatically in 2 weeks…
Tyrese Haliburton played a career masterpiece this season and led the Indiana Pacers to the mid-season championship game. Many people want to see this young star continue to improve and break through.
But in the last game against the Boston Celtics, the injury came as a matter of time. Fortunately, after an MRI examination, it was determined that his injury was not serious and will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
In the game against the Celtics, Haliburton slipped on his leg during a breakthrough and was later carried back to the locker room by his teammates.
After an initial evaluation, he suffered a Grade 1 strain of his left hamstring.
The Pacers believe he does not have any ligament damage in his knee, which is encouraging news. He will undergo further testing on Tuesday.
However, out of caution, Haliburton is likely to have to miss several weeks for this.
According to a report from “The Athletic”, he is expected to be re-evaluated on the injury in two weeks.
While he is recuperating from injury, the team’s 23-year-old young guard Andrew Nembhard is expected to get more time, and T.J. McConnell is also one of the candidates to fill his position.
Bruce Brown, Buddy Hield, Aaron Nesmith, and Bennedict Mathurin will provide Rick Carlisle’s coaching team with more options.
The Pacers currently have a record of 21 wins and 15 losses, ranking 6th in the Eastern Conference.
Their schedule in the next two weeks will be easy in the early part but slightly more difficult in the later part.
They will face the Wizards, Eagles, Nuggets, Jazz, Kings, Trail Blazers, Suns and 76ers.
