MJ and Bron would have an unstoppable duo.

Lebron James and Michael Jordan on court during the 2022 NBA All-Star Game

LeBron James is the NBA’s all-time leader in points scored, but most people think getting buckets isn’t actually his best skill. Unselfish to a t, “The King’s” passing skills set him apart from most players in league history. He is a true floor general, always finding the open man and setting up his teammates for easy baskets.

LeBron revealed on Uninterrupted that his style of play would have been a perfect fit alongside Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. While many fans and analysts often debate who is the greatest player of all time between LeBron and Jordan, it seems that James has deep admiration for Jordan and believes they could have dominated together on the court.

A student of the game

Gifted with a freakish physique and athleticism, LeBron could have easily dominated the NBA with those two aspects alone. However, what separates him from the field is his dedication and determination to improve his game constantly.

He is truly a student of the game, always studying film and learning from other great players—past and present. In watching footage of MJ in “The Last Dance,” LeBron concluded that had he played with His Airness, he would have elevated Jordan’s game further.

“I saw the things [Scottie Pippen] was able to do with Mike. I just think it would’ve been a whole ‘notha level,” LeBron said.

“It would’ve been a whole ‘notha level with me being a point forward, with me being that point forward alongside him during those Chicago runs.”

Skills mirror Pippen

While LeBron is often compared to Jordan in terms of accomplishments, the Akron native’s skills mirror Jordan’s teammate, Scottie Pippen. The two players are do-it-all forwards who can impact the game in multiple ways. Both have incredible athleticism, basketball IQ, and court vision that allow them to dominate on both ends of the floor.

With LeBron’s unselfishness and Jordan’s ruthless scoring skills, the combo would have been too dominant for the entire NBA.

“Me personally, the way I play the game—team first—I feel like my best assets work perfectly with Mike,” James said.

“Mike is an assassin. When it comes to playing the game of basketball, scoring the way he scored the ball, [then] my ability to pass, my ability to read the game plays and plays and plays in advance.”
