Katie Price famously dubbed Victoria Beckham ‘Misery Spice’ after they first fell out in the Nineties – and it seems their 25-year feud is still ongoing

Katie Price has reignited her bitter feud with Victoria Beckham 25 years after they fell out.

The 45-year-old former glamour model first clashed with Victoria – who she famously dubbed ‘Misery Spice’ – back in 1999 when she claimed Posh sang the Baha Men song Who Let The Dogs Out at her in the Manchester United players’ lounge at Old Trafford.

Since then the pair haven’t minced their words when it comes to publicly talking about each other. And though Victoria has remained tight-lipped on who started their beef, the 49-year-old has hardly been complimentary about Katie – who claims Victoria’s husband David once held her hand in a nightclub behind Posh’s back – over the years.

Bringing it up again on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, which she hosts with younger sister Sophie, Katie was discussing the Nineties when she said: “I remember them days with Victoria Beckham, yeah I do. When she sang Who Let The Dogs Out at me in the Manchester United Lounge!” Before she could say anything else, sister Sophie cut in: “Oh, let’s not go there!”

Back in 2000, Katie took a swipe at Victoria when she teamed up with her ex Dane Bowers to release garage track Out Of Your Mind, which went on to reach number 2 in the singles chart. But as well as it being her first solo single outside of the Spice Girls, Victoria also drew attention for her leather outfit and fake lip ring.

A resurfaced clip showed the moment Victoria picked up a showbiz mag to read Katie’s thoughts on her new look. It comes after Katie said at the time: “It was a really pathetic thing to do. I have got an 11-year-old sister whose age group love to copy what pop stars do so I know the effect she has on fans.” Victoria hit back: “Jordan does full frontals with her crotch and t**s out and she says I’m a bad influence by wearing a fake ring!? I hate to think where she has a fake ring.”

When Katie was married to ex-husband Peter Andre, she revealed Pete went up to Victoria when they were at the same event to say Katie “didn’t have a problem” in a bid to squash their feud, but Victoria allegedly replied: “It is what it is.”

Katie has also blasted Victoria’s looks over the years, saying: “She’s got a great-looking husband, a little boy, and all the money in the world. She hasn’t got the looks, but you can’t have everything.” She also had her say on why Victoria apparently doesn’t like smiling in photos and said: “That’s because she has horrible teeth. I’m sorry but she does.”

Addressing their bad blood in 2013, Katie appeared to have had a change of heart and told Fubar Radio: “I have no problem. Anyone who knocks her is jealous.” Revealing her admiration for Posh’s career, Katie added: “She has worked hard, she was with David, she was in a famous girl band, they played it well and had good management.”
