DJ Khaled, a hip-hop producer and social media influencer, once said in a Snapchat story, “When you stop making excuses and work hard and go hard, you will be very successful.”

It may sound corny, but in light of the impending purchase of a sprawling Florida estate by the billionaire, it rings true.

According to informants speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Khaled, who has 4.16 million Twitter followers and 12.1 million Instagram followers, is under contract to purchase a lavish Miami Beach mansion that was listed for $25.9 million.

It appears that the transaction has not yet concluded, and the purchase price has not yet been determined. Since Khaled famously Snapchatted the birth of his son in 2016, it’s almost certain that admirers will get plenty of exclusive looks at the new residence.

Khaled, whose actual name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled and who has collaborated with hip-hop moguls such as Kanye West and Snoop Dogg and released his own music, will receive a nearly 13,000-square-foot, five-bedroom main house. It features a home theatre with luxurious seats, a foyer with double height, a marble fireplace, and an open chef’s kitchen.

Outside, there is a bi-level pavilion, an outdoor shower, a four-bedroom guesthouse, and a nearly 80-foot swimming pool.

Khaled is purchasing the property from Michael Lerner, who became wealthy in the 1980s by marketing “Baby on Board” automobile signs. After purchasing the tract of land for $4.95 million in 2013, Lerner constructed the home. Reportedly, he is relocating to Palm Beach.

The home’s listing agents, Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman, as well as Orli Rudolph of NextHome Realty Professionals, who is representing Khaled in his purchase, declined The Post’s requests for comment.
