Julia Fox had a sweet Halloween with her son Valentino, taking inspiration for their joint costume from classic children’s book Where The Wild Things Are.

The actress enjoyed trick or treating in New York with her toddler, dressing as one of the Wild Things while little Valentino, 21, months, was the Maurice Sendak book’s main character Max.

Julia looked incredible in her furry white monsters costume as she held hands with her son, who donned a cosy onesie and a crown.

Julia put a risque twist on her costume, exposing her chest by going naked underneath the furry outfit.

She accessorised with black gloves, to give the illusion of claws and added horns to her forehead alongside vampy eye makeup.

Little Valentino was instantly recognisable as the book’s hero Max, with a large gold foil crown and a buttoned onesie.

Julia also enlisted her pals Richie Shazam, Ben Draghi, Emma Fuji and stylist Briana Andalore to dress as Wild Things for their trick or treating session in their NYC neighbourhood, before the gang headed to Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween costume party.

Julia shares her son with ex-husband Peter Artemiev. The couple were married in 2018 and divorced in 2020, before Valentino was born.

While she received accolades for her role in 2019’s Uncut Gems opposite Adam Sandler, Julia is best known as Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend. The two dated briefly.

The pair began dating earlier this year after meeting at a New Year’s Eve party in Miami, but only lasted a few weeks with Julia’s rep releasing a statement on Valentine’s day saying ‘Julia and Kanye remain good friends and collaborators but they are no longer together.’

In a New York Times interview published in March the busy actor blamed conflicting schedules on the split.

‘I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life? It just wasn’t sustainable,’ she said.

In an interview with ES, the Italian born beauty elaborated a bit more about her relationship with the troubled rapper, saying, that she noticed some red flags resulting from the Donda artist’s divorce from ex-wife Kim Kardashian, 42.

‘It just seems like he had a lot to work on, and I just don’t have time for it, or energy. I don’t have the bandwidth or emotional capacity for it.’

Kanye has been dropped recently by from deals with Balenciaga, Vogue, Gap, Adidas, Foot Locker and the CAA talent agency after making anti-Semitic remarks.

Julia meanwhile is currently the face and body of British brand KNWLS autumn and winter campaign.
