John Abraham once refused to answer when Karan Johar asked him about his equation with Kareena Kapoor during his appearance on ‘Koffee With Karan’.

Karan Johar’s controversial talk show, Koffee With Karan has always entertained the audience, courtesy of celebrities’ candid confessions and juicy Bollywood gossip. Over the years, many stars made unfiltered statements about their fellow actors and created quite a stir in the industry. One such actor was John Abraham, who made controversial remarks against his fellow actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and raised many eyebrows.

When John Abraham talked about his equation with Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor

In a video which was recently shared on Reddit, John Abraham graced Koffee With Karan and was asked about his equation with former couple, Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. Karan asked John, “You were recently on a world tour with Salman, Shahid, Kareena, Mallika Sherawat and Esha Deol. Everybody said you kept to yourself and stayed away. You do that intentionally?” To this, John replied: “I have a habit. I sleep really early and I get up really early. That must have been one of the reasons why I probably didn’t hang out very often with anyone else.”

When John hinted at his rivalry with Kareena Kapoor

Karan Johar then asked John if things were well between him and Shahid-Kareena. Karan was heard saying, “What’s your problem with Shahid and Kareena? Things are okay there?” To this, John gave an interesting response and said:

“Yeah, I think they’re pretty sweet. At least Shahid is pretty sweet.”

Karan, who is known for digging out the spiciest gossip, tried to provoke John to spill the tea and asked, “Not Kareena?” However, John was smart enough to tackle the situation and took a dig at how Karan has the tendency to get people into trouble. The Jism actor replied:

“Thanks to your show last year. Last time also you asked me very innocently with that glint in your eye. You asked who’s better and I told you, and I got into trouble.”

 

Well, Karan Johar seemed to have fun, and he was sure about getting an answer from the actor. KJo again asked John about his equation with Kareena, but John said:

“No comments.”

“I don’t want to work with John Abraham because he is expressionless.”
