The “Taken” actor admitted that he is in a romantic relationship with a famous lady eight years after his wife passed away.

Liam Neeson shared in the  Irish Independent that he plans to send flowers to a lady on Valentine’s Day, February 14.

 “I’m in a romantic relationship with her.

I would embarrass her if I named her because she’s extremely famous. I figured a simple bouquet of flowers would be enough to surprise her,” Neeson said. .

This is the 63-year-old actor’s first relationship since his wife passed away. In 2014, Neeson admitted he still couldn’t get over his wife of 14 years. 

On March 18, 2009, Neeson’s wife – actress Natasha Richardson – died in a tragic skiing accident in Canada. The death of his wife left the actor and his two sons  in great trauma . 

Actor Taken  shared that the tragedy still makes him feel pain. “Richardson’s death is still a sensitive issue. Of course the pain is still there. I received a lot of encouragement from friends,” Neeson said.
