On the heels of TIIME’s Person of the Year cover story celebrating Taylor Swift — in which the pop superstar detailed the timeline of her relationship with Travis Kelce — fans of the Grammy winner unearthed a months-old clip on Wednesday that featured the Chiefs tight end discussing his personal life.
As Kylie remarked, “I think you’re doing great on your own,” Jason appeared to grin, with fans in real-time calling out the smirks and trying to decipher the body language.
A separate user commented, “Their faces tho,” alongside two crying laughing emojis.
“Now, all those facial expressions shown by Jason has make sense. Your so sneaky,” another X user posted.
Though Swift, 33, and Travis, 34, stepped out publicly in October, as the “Cruel Summer” singer told Time, they were very much a “couple” when she attended her first Chiefs game on Sept. 24.
By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date,” Swift said.
Kelce first expressed interest in Swift over the summer after he detailed his failed plan to give her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during her “Eras Tour” stop in Kansas City.
That didn’t go unnoticed by Swift, who revealed to TIME that the pair “started hanging out right after that.”
