Paris Hilton kept her surrogacy journey and son a secret from her family — but now fans can finally watch the big reveal.
In the Season 2 trailer for Peacock’s “Paris in Love,” out Monday, the reality star presents her mom, Kathy Hilton, with her newborn baby, Phoenix.
“I got you a surprise,” Paris, 42, tells the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum in the throwback footage. “This is your grandson.”
Amid tears, Kathy, 64, asks the new mom whether she was “serious.”
Meanwhile, Paris tells her sister, Nicky Hilton, the news via FaceTime, with the 40-year-old asking, “What is that? Is that real?”
The DJ’s family found out about Phoenix’s birth shortly before the public did in January.

“You are already loved beyond words,” Paris captioned the infant’s Instagram debut at the time, going on to reveal his name and show his face the following month.
In March, the “Stars Are Blind” singer told Rolling Stone that she gave Kathy a designer purse to lessen the blow of the surprise.
“I was like, if I give her Chanel first, maybe she won’t be so upset that I didn’t tell her about this,” Paris explained.
Paris’ family met the little one shortly before his social media debut.
The hotel heiress shares her baby boy with her husband, Carter Reum, and has been vocal about their plans to expand.
For now, the family of three share their life on social media, from Labor Day weekend swims to park strolls.
Paris clapped back at TikTok haters over the weekend after comments about the size of her son’s head, writing that “there are some sick people in this world” and her “angel is perfectly healthy.”
