Jason Kelce’s wife Kylie insisted the Philadelphia Eagles center will be successful at whatever he puts his mind to after he eventually steps away from the football field.
Jason, 36, has been heavily rumored to be considering retiring from the NFL after the Eagles were eliminated from the postseason in the wild card round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, reportedly telling his teammates he would hang up his cleats this offseason.
Kylie, who also discussed her husband’s shirtless antics during his brother Travis and the Chiefs’ win over the Buffalo Bills and joked that he did eventually leave Highmark Stadium with his shirt on, opened up on what the future could look like for Jason.
While she didn’t let on whether the Super Bowl winner had made a decision on his future, Kylie insisted that she would stand by her husband whatever path he choses.
‘I think that whatever he does he’s going to be successful in,’ she told Good Morning America. ‘I’m not just saying that because I’m his wife. I think that his personality.’

However, while Kylie believes Jason will have success in his professional life that faith doesn’t appear to extend to the kitchen as she jokingly told the show that she only trusts him to make PBJ sandwiches for their three daughters.
Jason spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com following the Chiefs’ triumph over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship at M&T Bank Stadium Sunday.

‘Whenever you’re around this atmosphere, man, it’s really hard to not want to continue doing this,’ he said.
‘The game continues to be difficult to play – selfishly, physically. It’s a grueling sport and it has its problems with trying to play it the older you get… (but) it’s hard. It’s really hard. I’ll be honest with you.’
Jason has tasted occasions like these during 12 years with the Eagles. He won the Super Bowl in 2017 and faced his brother in last year’s showpiece. When asked how it compared experiencing a game of this magnitude from the stands – rather than the field – he said: ‘I’ve had my share on the fields and I’ve had my share in the stands.
‘And whenever you’re watching playoff football, there’s something so magical about it. There’s something that’s so surreal about it. And everybody there – in the stadium and on the field – knows this is a one-and-done situation.
Jason strongly considered retiring at the end of last season but decided to return after the Eagles’ Super Bowl loss to his brother Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

However, Kelce is said to now be set to bring the curtain down on a remarkable 13-year career in the NFL after reportedly struggling to bounce back following games this season.
Earlier in the season, Kelce admitted that returning to practice on Wednesdays – an NFL player’s equivalent of a Monday – was becoming harder and harder, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Marcus Hayes.
‘I don’t know. I do know — I mean, Wednesdays,’ Kelce told Hayes when asked if it would be his final season. ‘The Wednesdays are getting harder. Really, that’s the only thing.’
He added: ‘You’re sore Monday, you’re off Tuesday, but Wednesday … I’m just having a hard time getting going again on Wednesdays. Getting the juice, you know?’
But the aches and pains are said to not be the only things wearing down the future Hall of Famer with the report adding that Kelce also ‘seemed mentally fatigued’.
It appears that Kelce was also concerned over the impact of CTE, the brain disease many NFL stars have been diagnosed with post-mortem, especially veterans playing late into their careers.

He reportedly struggled to remember the date of a teammate’s injury and quipped that it was ‘the CTE creeping in’.
Kelce had deliberated retiring at the end of last season and filmed his struggle to make a decision which later became a hit Prime documentary.
Eventually he decided to play on and signed a one-year contract with the Eagles for this season, but was due to become a free agent in March.
But this time it appears he’s walking away for good and Kelce looked overcome by emotion in the final few seconds of his team’s dreadful 32-9 loss to Bucs.
The Super Bowl winner, six-time All-Pro and future Hall-of-Fame inductee, turned and hugged the offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland as the clock ticked towards zero.
Jason, the older brother of Kansas City Chiefs star Travis, then had an emotional but brief reunion with his family on the field – his father, Ed, and wife Kylie were cheering him on from the front row of the stands.
He gave them both a wave as he made his way from the field and was filmed tearing up on his long and lonely walk back to the locker room.
Kelce politely refused to talk to media in the locker room after the game – he usually speaks whether the Eagles win or lose – and made his way out of the stadium for what seems to be the last time in his career.

It appears to be a sad ending to a career that will see him go down as one of the greats of the game.
The center won the Super Bowl in 2018 and last season was famously beaten by his brother as the Eagles met the Chiefs in the NFL’s showpiece game.
However, he appeared to have brushed off the emotional loss as he supported brother Travis in both the divisional round and the AFC Championship game.
Jason went viral for his antics during the Chiefs win over the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round, stripping off his shirt, jumping out of the VIP suite and chugging beers.
However, he appeared to be on his best behavior at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday as he managed to keep his shirt on when celebrating his tight end brother’s touchdown.
