Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are a couple brought together by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, their first meeting occurring on the sets of Goliyon ki Raasleela: Ram Leela.

Deepika was going through a period of heartbreak and depression at that time, and Ranveer Singh provided her with unwavering support. She once openly acknowledged that she had bared her soul to him during that challenging phase. Over time, their bond deepened, leading to a surprising decision to get married.

Deepika’s past relationship with Ranbir Kapoor is well-known in the world of cinema. Their love was so intense that Deepika even got an RK tattoo on her neck. However, their relationship took a bitter turn when pictures of Ranbir on a private vacation with a bikini-clad Katrina Kaif went viral.

Subsequently, Deepika Padukone moved on with Ranveer Singh and found happiness with him. Interestingly, she also developed a comfortable bond with Ranbir Kapoor while working together in films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Tamasha. During an interview with Anupama Chopra, the Chhapaak actress compared her ex-boyfriend and her partner in a graceful manner.

Deepika said, “Ranbir and I have a similar process; Ranveer and I have a very different process. Ranbir is, I don’t see any process. I have never seen him prepare.”

However, Deepika’s next statement added a touch of humor, cuteness, and love to the conversation. She talked about her husband, Ranveer Singh, and how meticulously prepared he is, even for the smallest details.

Deepika continued, “Ranveer, on the other hand, everything changes. From the car he drives to his wardrobe, and perfume. I even joke with him at times, but I say this seriously at some point, That is probably why our relationship has lasted that long because every six months he is a different person. I am never bored.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have appeared in three films together: Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani, and Padmaavat. Deepika also made a special cameo as Kapil Dev’s wife in ’83. Although there were rumors about them reuniting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project, Baiju Bawra, and later speculations about Ranbir Kapoor joining the film, nothing materialized.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh is preparing for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, while Deepika is involved in Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Project K with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan. She is also rumored to be cast as Draupadi in Madhu Mantena’s production, although there have been no recent updates on that project.
